2. Return / Refund Time Frame

  • Requests for return, replacement, or refund must be raised within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product.

3. Physical Products (Books / Study Material)

Eligible for Return / Refund:

  • Product received is defective or damaged
  • Product received is materially different from what was described

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact
  • Books with pencil marks, writing, highlights, or any usage will NOT be accepted for return or refund

4. Digital Courses & Online Classes

  • All digital courses and online classes are non-refundable
  • Once course access is provided, no refund will be issued
  • Activated or accessed digital content cannot be returned or exchanged

5. Course Access & Refund Clarification

Refund decisions for online courses are based on the purchase confirmation email and the actual course access provided.

  • If you purchase Course A, receive confirmation email for Course A, and are given access to Course A, no refund will be provided.
  • If you purchase Course A, receive confirmation email for Course B, and access Course B, no refund will be provided.
  • Refund will be considered only if ALL the following conditions are met:
    • You purchased Course A
    • You received confirmation email for Course A
    • You were mistakenly given access to Course B
    • You report the issue immediately before using the classes

Students are advised to carefully verify their purchase confirmation email and course access details. Using or attending classes implies acceptance of the course provided.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Photos or proof (for physical products)

7. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • In all other cases, courier and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed only after verification of returned products or claims
  • Refunds are initiated within 15 days of successful verification
  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via NEFT / bank transfer

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns
  • Used books, marked books, or digital content are not eligible for exchange
