1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 calendar days from the date of order placement.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM IST are usually processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM IST are processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or logistical issues.

2. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we begin processing your order. You will receive an email notification containing order details and shipping updates.

Orders are generally processed and handed over to the shipping partner within 0–1 business day (Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays).

3. Shipping & Delivery Partners

Padhaiwale.com works with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders across India. The selection of the shipping carrier is determined by us, and specific carrier requests cannot be accommodated.

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays that occur after the order has been handed over to the courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free on eligible orders.
  • Premium delivery options such as same-day delivery, next-day delivery, or guaranteed 3-day delivery may be available at an additional cost.
  • Premium shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship orders within India only. Delivery availability is determined on a pin-code basis.

Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be covered by our delivery partners. In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and a refund will be initiated as per our policies.

7. Transit Time

  • Typical transit time after dispatch is 2–3 days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations.
