At Padhaiwale.com, we’re committed to making sure you get your products on time! While we aim for a standard delivery time of 5-7 days, sometimes unexpected situations can cause delays. But once you’ve placed your order and paid for it, we’ll get to work processing your goods and send you an email with all the details.
As a third-party online service provider, we act as a bridge between buyers and sellers. Our delivery partners are an essential part of this process, making sure your products are delivered right to your doorstep. We have a strong delivery and shipping channel to ensure you receive quality products as fast as possible. But sometimes, there may be challenges that come up, which we’ll do our best to handle.
Please keep in mind that we get to choose the shipping carrier for your order, and we can’t accommodate any specific carrier requests.
We try our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we can’t take responsibility for any delays that may happen during the delivery process.
Once your order has shipped, you won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can return the product according to our return and refund policy.
We offer free shipping and delivery, but we also have some premium services like next-day delivery, same-day delivery, and guaranteed 3-day delivery. If you choose one of these, there will be an extra charge, which is non-refundable if you decide to return the product.
Remember, we only ship within India, and some remote areas may not be covered by our delivery channels. If that happens, we won’t be able to process your order, and it will be cancelled. But, we do have pin code-based shipping available for all orders.
We process orders within 2-3 business days, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, which could cause a delay.
