Please note that replacement, refund, or return claims can only be made within 15 days of product delivery and only if the product is defective, damaged, or different from the ordered item, as stated on the product details page while placing the order.
We cannot issue a refund for products that have been used. Refunds are only processed for unused products. Similarly, no refund will be issued for products damaged due to negligence on the customer’s part.
To ensure that we can process your refund completely, please return all related accessories, original tags, packaging, warranty card, and bar codes along with the product.

In the case of cancellation, we reserve the right to accept or reject your request. We will only accept genuine cases of cancellation, and the refund process will commence only after the cancellation has been accepted.
Refunds will only be processed through the default payment method, and the mode of payment cannot be changed. In the case of cash on delivery, refunds will be issued in the form of National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT).
